Shania’s re-emerge - 2007-12-05
Shania Twain says she is ready for her comeback after five years out of the limelight. In a recent interview with Redbook magazine, Shania talked about her struggles to deal with fame. "I struggled a lot internally with my fame, and coping with it has been very difficult.” She added, "I was at the point where I would never look anyone in the eye. It was like living in prison." Shania, who lives in Switzerland with her husband and son, admitted music is a very important part of her life and she is keen “to write and record things that affect people in a positive way."I'm not naturally a spotlight person...[but] I don't mind being the center of attention in a controlled, comfortable environment," she concluded.
Shania smells good - 2007-10-04
Shania Twain visited Ontario to promote her new scent Shania Starlight. This marks the second collaboration with the cosmetic brand Coty with whom she released her first perfume. "For my first fragrance I had already chosen so many of my favourite things that I didn't know what to choose for my second," reveals the singer. In comparison to the first time, the second venture is "sexier and more sensual" and more of a "night-time fragrance". Shania is currently living in Montreux, Switzerland with her husband and producer Mutt Lange and their son Eja.
Shania’s moving - 2007-08-30
Shania Twain and her family - husband Robert Lange and son - are reportedly moving , as they’ve sold the property they purchased and renovated last year for SFr6 million. The new location is still unknown, but tabloids talk about three options: a house on the Swiss Riviera, a house they bought in Blonay or another property they own in Fribourg.
